"It was rainy days when we arrived in Salzburg. We asked the reception staff where we can buy umbrellas near the hotel. The reception lady replied that the hotel would lend us the umbrellas. It was so nice and helpful."

"We had a nice stay here. The room was very clean with a beautiful view, though it felt a bit small for being labeled an “extended” room. The parking area was safe and well‑kept, but getting out of the garage was a little confusing. Breakfast was offered for a fee. We tried it, and it was fine, but we didn’t really get the full value since we don’t eat much in the mornings. It also would’ve been helpful to have a proper restaurant for dinner. The bar menu was very limited — mostly sandwiches and pizza — so not ideal for a full meal. We didn’t use the other amenities, but it was nice that they were available and explained to us. Mario checked us in, and he was welcoming and cheerful, which made a great first impression."

"A very clean and tidy hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Not immediately in the city centre but only a 10 minute walk and well located. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Only comment would be that there was no mini fridge which would have been nice. Breakfast was a variety of hot and cold food. Check in and out very easy, and in our case we were able to check in 3 hours early as our room was already ready. Would highly recommend. "

"My wife and I stayed here for a 3 night city break. The hotel is in a good location, close to the main railway station and bus terminal. We found the hotel communal areas to be very clean . All staff are polite and the breakfast is very nice. Our room was spacious and kept very clean. The hotel issued us with a bus pass for the duration of our stay , which made getting around very easy. Only one negative to feed back, I was shocked that only two bottles of water were supplied for a three night stay. I was told that I could purchase bottled water as only two were complimentary. Maybe , we have been lucky in our hotels in other parts of Europe. Thanks for a nice stay !"

"What a delightful oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle with super easy access from train station. Eclectically decorated with a "save the planet" vibe that hits in so many ways! Super comfortable beds, ability to control your own room temp, and a huge tub w separate shower! Breakfast was beautifully prepared and very tasty with a unique range of options. Eager to return and can most definitely recommend! "
