We had an upstairs room with a gorgeous view over the lake, great cooking facilities, comfy recliner chairs, a very comfortable super king bed and a great bathroom with roomy shower. Along with friendly customer service, we couldn't fault this place and would definitely stay again."

"I could put up photos of the amazing view of Glenorchy and the surrounds but chances are that you've already seen them and are now looking for a place to stay. The Lake House is comfortable and situated very close to the lake. This is both a good thing and a bad thing. Good because it's close to walk and get a better view down the lake or up towards the mountains where sections of LoTR was filmed.
