"big room, nice location"

"Beautiful quiet property"

"Trevligt hotell med bra läge i Sapa. Hotellet är ganska stort så stundtals lite rörigt vid frukost. Men bra service och strålande utsikt över dalen. Fräscht och funktionellt rum."

"3/5"

"air conditioning didn't work. Internet was intermittant. Breakfast offerings were poor."

"La chambre etait propre, personnel accueillant, les photos de la piscine, de la terasse et du gym ne sont pas representative de la realité, la pièce de la piscine et du gym est très mal entretenue, vieux appareils qui ne sont pas tous fonctionnels"

"hotel had beautiful view of mountains. pretty much had to use Grab to get into town . Hotel did not have enough variety of food on menu"

"Enjoyed the stay"

"We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show."

"Moon is the best. She’s very accommodating and very helpful."

"4/5"

"I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops. I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge. No too many labors to support and no more guests there I would like to say thanks for Mr. Zoo because he tried to fix many disasters in the hotel and do his best to understand our needs and get our satisfaction."

"Hotel feels a bit dated. Amenities in the room are very basic. Water pressure for the shower is low. Good mountain view. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast buffet."
