"Our room was spacious and quiet, but with a non-functional bathroom fan causing mould, an uncomfortable/noisy bed, an old hairdryer and weed smoke drifting onto the balcony. The dining experience was by far the worst part: understaffed, filthy tables/cutlery/ plates/ glasses, broken coffee machines and mediocre food that doesn't measure up to standard 4 star quality. Note that Half-Board charges extra even for basic filtered water. Location felt unsafe for family walks at night. The...

"Great location"

"Really good central hotel. Staff helpful & welcoming. Bedding, towels etc lovely and soft, bed also very comfortable. Food choice is good, I am GF which was also always accommodated. Hotel is not overly plush but location is a winner."

"Die Anlage ist atemberaubend, vorallem der View. Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber das nächste Mal werde ich eines buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Sunset-Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut. Hier würde ich auch all inclusive nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"Amazing hotel! Amazing staff! Very friendly, helpful and we felt looked after"

"The hotel was spotless Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now Or maybe expect to much"

"Upon arrival we were pleased with what we saw and check in. Room had a nice big balcony in front of the pool and air con was a nice touch. After a few days we were concerned that nobody had cleaned our room or changed the bedding or towels. Ring the reception and they said the cleaner was due to come on Saturday. We were booked in mon - Mon so Saturday wasn't good. Asked for new towels and was refused and told to wash them in the laundrette. Cleaner came on Saturday and swapped the towels and...

"Excellent hotel"

"The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great."

"Everything was good except that the food at lunch does not have much selection."

"The rooms were clean and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We loved the pool area and size however the water was freezing! Dinner at the buffet could be hit-or-miss, but the lunch at the snack bar was consistently delicious. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially b_bmusica!"

"We’ve stayed at the Best Jacaranda Hotel twice before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite up to the same standard. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning daily. However, the rooms are looking rather dated. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom drainage smell. Whenever rooms nearby flushed their toilets, a horrible smell seemed to come through into our room, which was really unpleasant. The...

"Auf jeden Fall einen Zimmer Richtung Meer wählen, ansonsten kann man nicht schlafen."

"The location is breathtaking. The breakfast buffet and staff are very good. Once upon a time a very nice hotel. Today though worn down over years. Particularly bathroom sink pulling from wall. Particleboard sink, baseboard crumbling. Bath fixtures old, tarnished and loose. The exterior of my room/corridor was both dark and deteriorating. Although they were repairing the concrete staircase there was flaking paint everywhere. Including the terraces of the room. Again a very nice hotel in...
