"The staff were nice and helpful however the rooms were not clean. I had to complain as there were stains on bedding, floor, mirrors, bathroom. The staff however did attend and agreed that the room Wasn’t clean and changed our room. The new room was slightly better but very run down. Check in was easy and smooth, and the welcome Lassi was delicious. Room service food was good with fresh roti. Just a shame about the cleanliness of the rooms. Seems more of a volume based hotel."
