"We've stayed here many times. It's a nice, clean and quiet hotel, has an excellent breakfast buffet and is right next to the mall. Free parking just outside or at the SM garage. The only problem we had this time was a foul septic or sewer gas odor that came from the bathroom and affected the entire room. We reported it the first evening but the guy just sprayed lysol. It woke us up at 0100 the second night. I suspected it was coming up from one of the drains so I ran the water until morning to...

"Other staff dont like their job i think Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending. Toilet is clog. Never check in again on this hotel Food is terible ."

"Rooms are clean and well appointed. I found the pillows too hard, but that just might be me. The staff are exceptional here....best you could ask for. The hotel is in a good position, reasonably close to SM Clark and the entertainment area, yet far enough away to be reasonably peaceful. The pool was great and kept very clean, meals were good and reasonably priced. I wanted to use the gym byt unfortunately the main piece of equipment was not in working order. I will be staying at Savannah again...

"Main problem is that no receptionist at the time of our check in - it’s the cleaner who accepted us and checked in we used online so right away impression is no good - one person cleaning and receptionist - not enough staff so you need to go front desk to ask and nobody coz nobody is in charge ; front door is locked out so stayed long just to get in - room is ok and as is what is shown online great , but no cookware in the kitchen and was given a rusty pan that it’s health risk ; help to clean...
