"Very nice hotel. The location is perfect. Amazing Lagoon.
Service and food were very good.
The only downside is that mattresses need to be updated.
Besides that everything wonderful"

"The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful and always welcoming and greeting you with a friendly Kia orana which was appreciated. They cleaned our room well. "Staff were really excellent, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much much trouble for them.
Breakfast was a very good variety and fresh. Bar provided a variety wines, beers and cocktails and there was Happy hour. Bar staff were excellent especially Aquila.
Cleanliness of room was fine but the louvres in the bedroom and bottom of fly screen were mouldy."

"Staff were very friendly. The property was always clean and tidy. Fantastic to have a room freshen every few days.
Bar service earlier than 4 pm for the guests would be great, especially when they are lounging around the pool
Parking was an issue due to the building works. Workers or visitors to the bar took the few spots available, leaving guests to park down the road."
