"Extremely clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the convenience store within the hotel is very convenient. However, the restaurant is very expensive. Rooms aren't very soundproof so you can easily hear people speaking in other rooms or things happening outside, even with the windows closed. The location is also not ideal if you have to rely on public transit."

"Room was clean but furniture definitely could be updated. Had a little hiccup at check-in. Staff were okay. Not particularly nice or kind but not rude. Cleaning gal was nice. Breakfast was okay. We stayed 3 nights. Since the menu was the same everyday it got a little boring. We booked a corner ocean view. They gave us a high floor but it was only partial ocean view. "Clean rooms, great views with balconies. Great customer service.Highly recommeded. The only thing that has taken me aback was a paid roof top swimming pool, but the fee was acceptable for one off use. It is 20 min walk from train station. 20 min walk from the cable car view."
