"We stayed for 5 nights, were originally given a room that was dirty and smelt horrendous - reception acknowledged and allowed us to change rooms although the room we were changed to did not have a sea view which we paid extra for.. they said this is all that was available and agreed to change rooms to a sea view room the next day when available. Eventually got a room we were relatively happy with but did not receive one night of peaceful sleep as loud entertainment music from bars/other hotels...
