"Room too small for a Gate 1 Discovery. We had to upgrade ourselves. Room 641 no view whatsoever."

"Clean room"

"Overall the hotel was good with a great location to visit multiple places in Kyoto. However, it might need some maintenance on minor details such as wall painting, and replacing the old washing and drying machine"

"Rooms are clean, staff were good, location is perfect next to Kyoto Station. Onsen was fantastic"

"The staff was over the top kind and thoughtful. The hotel is elegant and luxurious. The cute ladies who came and did our bedtime Japanese massage were precious and I can still remember their laughter at my husband sleeping through his. One huge positive is you never have to drag your luggage out of the terminal. You walk right into the hotel entrance after debairding your shinkansen. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"チェックインの時間が少し遅かったのもありますが、浴衣が選べなかったのが少し残念でした"
