"I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. "Though not as close to central areas of Causeway Bay like some other hotels, this hotel is still in a handy location given a 15 min. additional walk. I like the friendly service offered by the hotel staff. The only disappointment was that when I tried to find a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant, I noted that it is only open for breakfast & lunch. I can understand the reason for that but this negative does not let me put my tick on "excellent" on overall rating."

"Relax holiday trip to Hong-Kong after 5-6 years . Although i missed the email from the hotel to complete online check in before arriva, the physical process at the counter was rather fast. Staffs were all friendly and helpful, patiently answered all queries. The decor looks a bit dated but all well kept in good conditions. Hotel is conveniently located next to the MOKO mall with many choice of cafe & restaurants available, useful in adverse weather."

"This hotel is with spacious room and good views. It's next to The Chinese University of Hong Kong, which is very convenient. One thing to mention is that the room has some mild unpleasant odor. The breakfast is not to the caliper for this category of hotels. We also lost a good portion of the delivered food at midnight and the hotel didn't inform us about what happened after our inquiry. "
