"Clean and no issues, just the location is a bit out of the way and the property is aging a bit. People are friendly and breakfast buffet is good too."
"Stayed here overnight for an early flight the next morning. The shuttle service was the main draw and it worked beautifully. The room was luxuriously large compared to the many hotels I stayed in Europe. It was nice to spread out. While the air condition unit was a bit noisy, ultimately I could ignore it. A great layover stay."
"They were super helpful and attentive with our needs. Loved how quickly they accommodated a travel crib for our babe! Plus the bed was very comfortable. Was a little bummed there was no fridge to store snacks and stuff for our babe, but that’s okay!"
"Staff was neither friendly nor helpful. They were a bit short tempered and I was really nervous about talking to them about anything. People at the bar didn’t even ask what we wanted even after being sat there for 10 min and the bar wasn’t even busy. Room wasn’t spacious and they didn’t do the room service in any of the three days we stayed there (even after we requested it once). The breakfast wasn’t complementary so I had to pay for it to get it included for our stay."

"The Dublin One hotel was perfect for our 2-night stay. We were able to walk to the Bon Jovi concert and were in walking distance of the city center. We got to the hotel early, and the front desk staff was very helpful in letting us check in early. We didn't check into parking until about a week before our stay. We parked at the Mater Hospital, which was about a 5-minute walk to the hotel It all worked out. You don't really need a car if staying in Dublin because you can take a taxi or bus...
