"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Three hotels in one, little complicated to find which one your in but turns out they all have same desk just different towers. Its a spa resort, little dated decor. room was little small but good enough. Breakfast buffet was massive and good. "

"Hotel sympa, bon lit, chambre très correcte et propre et parking gratuit. Seul bémol, c'est un peu éloigné du centre ville, pas pratique pour faire un tour en centre ville le soir, après le boulot, comme c'était mon cas. Mais le petit-déj est bon et leur service de spa également. "
