"Tucked away, this farmhouse is just superb! Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy and the shower was the most powerful I’ve ever enjoyed! Kirsty and Neil are good hosts, ready to offer recommendations if asked, but will leave you to yourselves if you prefer. They keep pigs and chickens, which we were lucky enough to feed, and I can report that the sausages, bacon & eggs at breakfast were very tasty! Added bonus of homemade cakes left out, delicious! "Gorgeous cottage with lots of character, low ceilings in areas but you soon learnt to dodge. All part of the character. Stair banister rail stunning character made from drift wood. All rooms on suite so no fighting over bathrooms and a jacuzzi bath downstairs. The owners were very welcoming and full book with instructions on arrival. As well as lots of ideas of places to visit. Fresh milk in the fridge on arrival and the added dry herbs etc in the kitchen added to the homely feel for the week....
