"The rooms were very clean but the design is just awful. The bathroom felt like a prison bathroom and the bulbs throughout the room were so cold it felt like you were in a hospital. Staff was very nice but I have to comment on the aesthetics of the space because the cost of the stay wasn’t inexpensive. I think this could be a great hotel but they at the very least should use warm bulbs throughout the room so it’s relaxing"

"The facility was beautiful and in a great location for our conference. The only concern I have is that the check on staff do not have the familiarity of the surrounding restaurants. When I inquired about a steakhouse close to the facility they didn’t have any ideas and didn’t have a map of the downtown."

"Love love love this hotel Just beautiful"

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. General manager and assistant were eager to step in and help their staff which was amazing."

"My only complaint was the parking. When I came to check in they wanted me to do the self check in and I had asked about parking but it was not clearly communicated. Had to park 10 min away and carry all my luggage. Due to the parking issues not sure if I’d stay again."

"Room was great! The staff including valet were all very friendly and professional"

"Buen lugar precios altos"

"Nice location downtown. Close to Phoenix Suns Stadium, Chase Field, and the Convention Centet."

"Awesome place!"

"I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back."

"Great stay!"
