"The stove in the kitchen didn't work, and the toilets had a strong smell coming from them constantly that wouldn't go away no matter how many times you flushed or cleaned it. You would think they would properly clean the place and make sure everything is working before letting someone else stay there. "
"Outside varanda light stays on 24hrs
The room has the light beaming in all night
The hot and cold water. In the shower Is either boiling hot. Or cold.
You have to pay extra for a made coffee at breakfast
I think better value for money elsewhere"
"The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation.
However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was).
Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."
