"I didn’t get the opportunity to use all the hotel facilities but the hotel was clean and all the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful.
It was about a 45 minute walk into Prague central so if you don’t mind the walk which depending where you go was scenic it would be a little out of the way.

"One person at the front desk on night shift was very helpful when I needed to booked one extra night for my sister(at 4am) who already checked out but her flight was cancelled. Another guy on night shift was a bit blunt when we asked for bottled water. The hotel doesn’t give you bottled water daily (we stayed 4nights) like most hotels do. Food at breakfast is good. Lots of choices. Good location."
"Wir haben für 3 Nächte in der Junior Suite übernachtet. Der Check in verlief schnell und unkompliziert, das Gepäck konnten wir bereits am Vormittag dort deponieren. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr, sehr sauber. Die zentrale Haltestelle Andel ist fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist kontinental - am ersten Morgen sehr viel Auswahl, die kommenden zwei Tage hat das aber leider sehr nachgelassen. Normale Brötchen oder Brot waren vergriffen, Speck und Eier waren kalt, nur noch zwei...

Yes it is uphill when coming back from old town which must be taken into account if mobility issues feature but as alternative get bus/tram to top of castle and walk down! "We have stayed here before but that was in 2014. We obviously enjoyed it since we came back last week for a couple of nights before heading back to the States. The rooms are large and very cozy. We love the retro pink furniture. Great location and the breakfast is very good. Order the pancakes as they are really crepes and come with real maple syrup. A++"

"Awful property in every way!!!!!!!! Dozens of brown and red stains on the carpet. Ripped and broken blinds that dont close and let in street lights all night. Sketchy neighborhood. No AC. Terrible staff. Smelly bad tasting breakfast. Prague Tram runs every few minutes all day and night and shakes the hotel rumbles and is so loud that you can't sleep. Should not have the rating it had. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free!!"
