"We arrived quite early and although the check in was 4pm our room was ready so we were able to get in very early and quickly. The staff were all helpful and friendly throughout. The large room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The bar and restaurant had seating areas overlooking the canal and another with a terrace at the front. We were only there for one night but would be very happy to go again if we visit Skipton. The location was good and also only a few minutes drive...
"We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Bradford and, unfortunately, it was just as filthy as previous visits. The shower curtain was brown with dirt and stains, and we had to request that it be changed. This should never have been left for guests to deal with in the first place.
The staff didn't seem welcoming or interested, often just sitting behind reception pulling faces rather than offering good customer service.
