"Nice modern business hotel with spacious rooms. Mine had a balcony too. Plenty of parking on site. I ate in the restaurant which was good and reasonably priced. It’s a bit out of the way, so definitely not somewhere to explore Siena on foot by!"
"Lovely hotel in Siena. Well located for exploring on foot with the main Palazzo and the Duomo no more than 15 minutes away. Really enjoyed the rooftop patio!"
"The hotel is in a nice location, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant, which had good service and several tasty Tuscan dishes for dinner.
The main disappointment was the check-in experience. The room initially assigned to us did not match the description in our Expedia booking, and we had to ask repeatedly before being moved to a different room. This made the start of our stay quite unpleasant. Once the room issue was resolved, the rest...
"Accommodatie goed en schoon. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Restaurant lekker, de kaart kan misschien wat uitgebreider, maar wij waren er vrij lang. Dat betekent ook dat je een band met het personeel opbouwt. Dat was heel fijn."
"I wanna thank the amazing staff, they were all super nice and attentive , the Hotel is AMAZING, it makes you feel like you are home, the view is just out of this world. I would without a doubt stay there every time visiting San Geminiano.
PS: Parking was easy and Breakfast was 5 stars.."
"They had no Ice , The pool had algae around the edges, They only had 1 small wardrobe, the fridges in the room were not working. Breakfast not good , Room they gave my son was smelling paint scraping of the skirting boards, the shower in our room leaking reported it but was not fixed"
"What a beautiful property and wonderful staff. We happened upon it randomly and what a pleasant surprise. Check in was easy. Dinner was delicious. The room was small, but more than what we needed! I'm just sorry we had to leave before breakfast!! We will definitely go back and highly recommend!!"
"Absolutely loved our stay here. The property is beautiful and the staff are lovely. The best value stay we had on our Italy trip. Can hear the horses whilst lying by the pool and the house has a very friendly ginger cat too!"
"The place smelled like mold and mildew, the ceiling has leak stains and bathroom had mold. I couldn’t force myself to stay, was afraid I may get sick. Horrible experience! Ended up booking another hotel and left.
Luca, the guy at the friend desk wouldn’t even give me the manager’s name."
"This property is beautiful, our room was beautiful, and every staff member was friendly and very helpful. It is pretty centrally located - close to Siena and San Gimignano. We would stay here again!"
"Hébergement très propre et calme. Près des activités sans être dans un grand centre.
Personnel très serviable. Nous avons tous apprécié. Nous étions 3 dans une chambre."
