"Overpriced and outdated. Not a 4-star experience anymore. This hotel might have earned 4 stars at some point, but those days are long gone. For the steep price they charge, the overall experience was a major letdown. To start, the front desk host was incredibly sullen and gloomy. At these rates, a welcoming and friendly attitude should be the bare minimum. Adding to the frustration, absolutely nothing is included. You are hit with expensive daily fees for both breakfast and parking. Just the...

"The lady serving me at the breakfast was kind and sweet."

"I would Have liked an extended checkout time ."

"Location was great, the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The only minus - bed bugs"

"Extremely Disappointing Stay — Multiple Dirty Rooms, Stained Bedding, and an Unacceptable Presidential Suite. I genuinely wish I were writing a positive review, but our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for my husband and me turned into a frustrating experience involving multiple room changes, questionable cleanliness, stained bedding, and repeated conversations with management. "As always, a delightful experience. I keep coming back because of the staff, the comfort, and the location (in that order). Thank you."

"the restaurant does not open until 8 some days. 7 on others. It would be great if there were coffee and bread or cold cereal available for early risers. A canteen with lite bite from a frig over night would a welcome addition."

"Super convenient since I was there to see my son’s football game. The only thing that was not great was that you can hear everything in the rooms next door from talking to blow drying hair and toilets and showers running. Everything else was perfect."

"Great staff great hotel carpet smelled a little old but once h turn on the air it was fine. Only downside the housekeepers were sooo loud talking very loud and laughing through the halls talking in Spanish super loud every morning"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very nice, modern, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. I also appreciated the secure paid parking, which gave me extra peace of mind during my stay. This hotel is a great option whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for business. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone...

"Excellent staff"

"There were big screen tv's where we could enjoy Sunday night football while we ate a delicious meal from the restaurant. Our room was very clean, and we had everything wee needed."
