"Check in took over an hour in a very hot reception! Room wasn’t made up till day 3/4, there is no phone to speak to reception if you have a quick question- alternative is to queue with guests trying to check in. Room wasn’t made fine but no housekeeping! Seems completely disorganised- Im sure they can turn it around."
"The room is spacious. However, the internal design was still the old fashioned type. Only one complimentary bottle of water per stay which is a bit disappointing. The fitness centre is small and connected with swimming pool and is quite hot. Not sure if there is air-conditioning or not and so you cannot exercise much. However, the staff are nice and friendly which i appreciate."

"Im Angebot stand Delux- Zimmer mit Balkon o. Terasse. Bei unserer Ankuft mussten wir feststellen, dass das reservierte Zimmer ohne Balkon war. Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht und hat uns ein Zimmer mit Balkon gefunden. (Wir mussten zwar nach 4 Nächten umziehen, aber das war ok.) Da ein Delux-Zimmer (gemäss Definition des Hotels mit o. ohne Terasse sein kann) kommt so Zimmer für uns nicht Frage."
