The only issue was one of our rooms did. It have AC for the entire stay. There was some electrical issue. There was no engineer on site for the weekend and they were full, so no way to move us. This was not ideal, but the onsite staff tried to help. "

"2 star experience for a 3 star price in a 4 star hotel - not recommended. When 'good location' is all you can say in its favour, well ... impossible to park (street parking if you can find any space), miserable breakfast in a hot and airless room, bedroom not cleaned and basic toiletries not replaced, no TV reception, window dressings don't eliminate light, noisy corridors, noisy communal garden out back with constantly barking dog, terrible WiFi connectivity, pointless room themes with shabby...
