"Overall it was a nice stay. However, the cleaning crew should clean around the shower stall more thoroughly. I could see the dirt unter the shower stall. For the price the breakfast lag the variety of fruit and pastries. Cloth drier did not work well. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice."

"Hotel is very nice and clean. The views from the 12th floor are stellar and the cargo cranes in the port is within view. Very beautiful property, if you get a car you definitely have to pay for thier parking inside or outside. If you opt to drive a car the driving in germany is pretty easy other then the people on bicycles who dont seem to have any common sense or survival instinct. On normal nights the street is loud and full of people because its right next to a popular train station and...

"It is right on the Elbe River with easy cheap service to the Hamburg harbor and downtown area. The cruise and container ships pass your window and if you like to stay in your room you have a beautiful view of their comings and goings. The Rilano Hotel is my favorite of all Hamburg Hotels. The breakfast is sumptuous and the staff very friendly. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!"

"We recently stayed here for the Hamburg Marathon. The hotel is a short walk from the start / finish area, close to public transport, and many good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately cleaned daily, and our room was very quiet and comfortable. We look forward to staying with you again soon. "
