"We had a 6 night booking and did not even stay the first night due to lack of AC in the room. Maintenance was sent to our room but stated there was nothing he can do and only provided us a dirty fan as a backup. The rugs were filthy that it caused my wife's allergies to flare up. We left the same day that we checked in and now the hotel is denying everything and does not want to refund for the 6 nights. Horrible experience and would not recommend anyone to book there"
"The decor appeared to have been updated fairly recently. It was very clean. The bed beds were nice and comfortable. I can’t comment on breakfast as we left very early for the airport, which was only five minutes away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lidl and several small restaurants nearby to grab food and snacks before flying out."
"We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is amazing—very clean, beautifully designed, and the lobby and rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming.
The location is also incredibly convenient. It’s easy to take the tram to the train station, and many major landmarks and great restaurants are within walking distance.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

La chambre est bien agencée et propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité.
Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking (payant) de l’hôtel après réservation. Cela est très pratique.
