"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It sits on the river just on the edge of the old town section of Waterford. We had a room on the third floor, which was nice and quite. We enjoyed the on-site parking, and the hotel breakfast each morning. The staff were nice and helpful. Also the bar wait staff were efficient and friendly."

I reported the issue and staff looked into straight away but not before I had a. Cold shower. The second day the water was way too hot and it wasn’t able to be turned down. "Property was in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but only a 25 minute walk or so to Kilkenny Castle and Medieval Mile. No gym or pool/hot tub however fairly busy so did not really miss them. We asked for a fridge in advance of our arrival and it was provided. Very friendly and helpful staff"
