"Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. Every member of staff were super friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again for Guernsey. The only downside was lack of car parking. Sic spaces which are first come first serve basis but we luckily didn't have any trouble."

Food in all three restaurants was good, although the steak place you cook your own so menu limited and cooking quality down to you. The pool was not available during our stay which was disappointing as it was late May, so not exactly out of season. "Attractive hotel and garden. Excellent breakfast choice and efficient and friendly breakfast staff. I enjoyed the pool in the spa area and my husband loved the private hot tub on our patio. Our maid/housekeeping attendant was called Navjot, special mention for her efficient and excellent service, she made our stay very comfortable. Nice touch with arrangement of towels etc. Only unfortunate aspect is noise from private events on Fri and Sat in one or two of the ground floor rooms, the music did...

"The staff were friendly and helpful, eager to assist with a few small requests I had. I found it be peaceful, I was at the rear of the property, and particularly liked the second door into the room, which I'm shielded me from any hallway activity. Pool was lovely, and breakfast excellent. Friday, live music :-)"

"Couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Whatever you asked for, it was no trouble at all. Our room was fine with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Plenty to eat at breakfast. You can start with continental and then have a cooked meal if you want. The only drawback for us was the number of steps and sloping paths/ roads you need to negotiate to reach the hotel. That said, we would recommend this hotel."

"A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!"
