"We've been coming to Southport to visit family for 20 years and the Carriage House has always intrigued us but we've never stayed until now. It was absolutely wonderful. Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities were amazing. I travel a lot and spend 30-45 days a year in hotels and this was one of my best experiences. I just wished we had more time to just stay at the Carriage House and enjoy it more, but we spent most of our time visiting family."

"Any closer to the Ocean and we would be in the Surf ,, Awesome location"

"After TOO MUCH communication leading up to my trip, I finally got a chance to see the place. I had no idea I would have to walk my luggage up two full flights of stairs to get to a third floor condo. Other than moving in and moving out, I was not bothered by the stairs, and the condo was so nice, it was worth the walk."

"The condo has amazing views of the ocean- it was a very relaxing condo with comfortable bedding and the kitchen had all that we needed while on vacation. Definitely would reserve this condo again!"

"After climbing 3 flights of of steep exterior stairs with no lighting, we arrived to a unit that had zero cleaning after the previous occupants. We found dirty bed linens piled on floor, a used tissue next to bed, chips and other food and debris on floor throughout the unit, air vents blackened with dirt, dirty towels in the washer, a dirty tub, food crumbs all over the dining table, a dirty refrigerator, a dirty oven, smelly dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the icing on the cake, spoiled food...

"Need to as more furniture when we cook. ( poêlon etc…."

"The microwave, bed and bedroom roku were all in need if repair or replacement, the wifi is inconsistent. All in all if you go to the beach for the beach it's a good place to keep your bags."

"Overall our stay was good. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. They were also able to let us check in a little early. They were very organized and clear on instructions. The condo is very old, the view you see in the one picture is from a tiny side porch that faces the street/another condo. The view from the front porch is staring directly at another condo that blocks the view of the ocean. The condo smelled musty when we walked in. Everything was clean except for the bathrooms...

".Great place with easy access to the beach. ⛱️"
