Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area."

"Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Herzstück Waldkirchen. Das kleine Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Waldkirchen und hat gleichzeitig eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Genau das habe ich gesucht: eine ruhige Umgebung zum Abschalten, aber trotzdem eine gute Lage, um schnell nach Passau oder auch nach Prag zu kommen. Die Kombination aus Ruhe, guter Erreichbarkeit und der charmanten Atmosphäre des Hotels hat mir sehr gefallen."

"Beautiful property. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The patio/ terrace off our bedroom was very inviting with two chaise lounges under shade, and a hot tub. Restaurants were nearby and easy to walk to. We needed transportation to a different port than the one across the street for our Viking cruise, and the front desk staff arranged it quickly for us. Highly recommend!"
