"Reception business focused took name issued key and instruction where to locate room, didnt explain parking which filled quickly. Excellent for price, convenient to shops. Meet our needs well."
"A really convenient location easy to get to many of Ballarat's sights. The room was spacious and clean. Everything you need was there.
The checkin process was easy as was checkout.
The pool looked great as did the other amenities.
The only thing that bothered us which was'nt a huge deal but it was the rooms outside light stays on at night and a big glow comes through the glass panel of the door."
"Really good hotel. More modern than The George but about the same quality. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and the parking is better than most CBD hotels. Will stay again!"
"Amazing stay. The room was beautiful and possibly the cleanest I’ve ever encountered. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were incredible at making cocktails and the restaurant served the best lamb I’ve ever had. Would 100% stay here again!"
"Great location close to the city. The room layout is very good, although some of the appliances in the kitchen area are getting a bit old.
Overall, a good room and a good stay."

There’s a heated indoor pool (though still a bit chilly in winter), tennis courts with racquets available for complimentary hire, bikes, and even canoes and paddle boats you can use on the dam — plenty to keep the whole family entertained without leaving the...
"This motel is 5 star! Beautifully modernised and renovated, tastefully decorated with class and style. This isn't your average "this will do" basic room; this place is quality, comfortable, intentional, welcoming and pretty. It's the kind of room that you feel kind of sad to leave.
The receptionist Sam was helpful and considerate, and we loved every minute of our stay here. If ever I have reason to stay in Daylesford, the Art Motel will be my first preference! Can't rate it high enough!"
"I think the photos give the impression that this property is a little more "together" than it actually is. Whilst the bed linen and towels were on point and the bedding itself very comfortable, I'm afraid everything else was old, tired and mismatched making it feel more like someone else's holiday shack than simple cottage. The equipment in the kitchen is mismatched and hodge-podge and very minimal. Bring everything if you plan on cooking here, including utensils and oil etc. No milk was...
