"Kids running up and down the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Waterpark had dirty bandaids and hair on the steps of the waterslides. Price of food was INSANE. One waffle ice-cream cone was $15.00 The resort asks for a tip every single time you purchase any and everything. Even a purchase made in the gift shop. "Overall the stay was a positive one. They made the experience a relaxing one with spa treatments and other options. They do not come into your room unless you need them to. Unfortunately the phones in your room were not working and ice machines were down on two floors. I recommend this is you need to disconnect, to also completely relax and lose track of time. "
