"Good clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast range of options good, however staff at hot food counter not very friendly and it took up to 10mins to refill finished items e.g. baked beans. Rooftop pool is nice with a great view of the acropolis, however sun loungers are limited. A few things weren't working correctly e.g. safe, shower water not draining, however these were addressed on the same day of reporting."
"We only stayed in Athens one night before with head over to an island. This was a beautiful boutique Hotel. He was located in a very nice walkable shopping area. Pretty close to all the main attractions. It does take about 25 minutes to get from the airport, We took a Taxi. "They front desk staff could use some more friendliness. The staff in dining were lovely. The location an easy walk from the port. This time of year most stores are closed. Lots of restaurants directly on the path at the port. Good for a one night layover.’very clean."

"We had a great stay at the Elia Ermou! We stayed in a superior room, and it was HUGE. I have to say, the room didn't look like the pictures. Somehow, it was bigger. "First arrived got into a room a room that I did not pick out. There was dust on all the light fixtures and you can’t watch TV without the card in the wall, or the AC. So we basically had to turn all the light fixtures off with the card in the wall so everything could work as in the AC on the TV.
