Our room, bedside light not working, no toilet seat, we asked them to replace it twice, no chance Our meal times were a nightmare, eating the first course, when the second arrives at the table within minutes, the pasta awful, no fruit in morning, if you can wait...

A partire dal momento del check-in effettuato come previsto alle 17 ma senza avere la camera a disposizione, che mi è stata effettivamente consegnata solo alle 18.20. "Pulizia abbastanza scarsa, basti pensare che nella doccia c era della terra. Si parlava di due piscine una delle quali con panorama ma a parte due vasche senza una doccia, un bar o personale addetto non c era nulla. "
