It was great walk in very nice greeting handed my ID she was quick with my room key and went to my room after she told me where it was very EZ

The hotel grounds were lovely, and the room was comfortable and spacious, but the overall service, while friendly, is not as good as it should be for the price. The front desk completely neglected to tell us about any of the "extras", like the free wine tastings at Ferrari-Carrano vineyards (value of $35 per person), the complimentary daily wine tasting at the hotel, and the corkage fee waiver at John Ashe for bottles purchased at Ferrari-Carrano ($25 value). None of these perks are mentioned on...

We absolutely loved the inn. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great and incredibly helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable and extremely well-managed. Our needs were attended whenever we needed something or advice on where to go. The burritos across the street were also AMAZING! Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Always a nice stay

Remodel of the property is great! Restaurant was very good. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Resort fees are irritating when you’re staying for business purposes and don’t use any of the facilities. Please stop this.

Nestled amongst dozens of nearby vineyards, this picturesque inn provided all the comforts of an intimate b&b with the high end care of a boutique property. The grounds were serene and well kept with winding pathways covered by fragrant flowering trellises and sounds of bubbling fountains throughout. The amenities were well-catered. Cool waters upon check in and check out. Turndown service including chocolates, lit fireplace and a custom playlist on surround sound. The brunch included with the...

Lovely area and has great amenities.

It was great staying here, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to spend in there because we got stuck in the traffic for hours:(

Everything is good at this hotel. We will come to stay again. Front desk and cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. They make very good coffee. Complimentary in-room breakfast is convenient. The location is great

My wife and I checked in here on our Honeymoon and we’re immediately greeted by some of the nicest people we’ve met so far. Extremely helpful and nice and they also upgraded us on our Honeymoon to a wonderful room looking out at the Vineyard. The room was incredible, large and very scenic. We even had our own in room fireplace. The staff is absolutely amazing, and that extends to the Harvest Kitchen which is located near check in. The food service was wonderful, including their pre fix menus....

I loved the fact that there was a wine tasting every night at 5:00pm with snacks. It was perfect. Breakfast was delicious as well. The pool is heated so no matter the weather you can have dip. Its close to everything including the little down town. Overall I loved that it wasn't not a large hotel but a cozy one with attention to detail.

I’m giving this place 5 starts not because we did not encounter issues but because the staff namely the assistant manager stepped up and resolved issues with a smile on her face . The initial rooms bed had a sinkhole in it and the bed you almost fold like a book but Christine heard us and moved us to a beautifully designed room with a good mattress. The Hotel also has a relationship with Faust winery and they booked us complimentary tastings. The breakfast includes great quality chocolate and...

Wonderful experience, just two comments: in room coffee is horrible and it would be nice if restaurant opened at 7 am

We stayed for a girls weekend at Beltane Ranch and had the best possible experience. The ranch is owned by lovely Lauren and her family, who greeted us with so much warmth and kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the enchanting views and the beautiful surroundings. The ranch is run with impeccable attention to detail. Their wine tasting, featuring wines grown onsite, is a delightful treat. Breakfast with ingredients sourced from the ranch is a highlight, and a peaceful...

We liked everything at the lodge except the bed.

This hotel is truly 5 stars. The staff was very accommodating upon arrival. The room was eloquent and inspiring with classical music already playing when we entered. After a long day of tastings, we were not in the mood to attend our dinner reservations, so thankfully the staff allowed us to order from the restaurant, Chalkboard, although it was a bit after the restaurant was technically 'closed'. The food was wonderful and kudos to the Chef! The bed was extremely comfortable. So much so that...

Beautiful place! The staff was extremely personable, friendly and helpful. Got an upgraded room, which was impeccably clean, modern, yet cozy. So many lovely touches that made this a great stay, like the complimentary hot apple cider, staff knowing you by name, and watercolor map of the property. Delicious breakfast, and also highly recommend the dinner tasting menu! Will definitely be returning! Centrally located within the Russian River area.

Beautiful property! The room was beautiful and spacious. The location was great, a few minutes from the town so we got to enjoy that area as well. I really recommend this hotel.

We had a great time as a family of 4 with young kids.
