"Once you're able to get into your room, it's a nice property. That said, I've stayed at this property 4x over the past 2 months. Wait times to check in: 45 minutes, 25 minutes, 20 minutes and 42 minutes. It's dreadful. By the time folks get to check in they're angry. You can only use digital check in if you book directly with L'auberge. The problem is: booking directly with them is more expensive than other options, so no one books directly with them. Hence, no one can check in digitally......

"Casino floor was littered with empty drinks and cigarettes. Room was clean and stocked. Pool area was clean but pools were filled with bugs and plant litter. Resort fee was way higher than posted online."
