"I run a hotel in Sydney and to be honest I came away after 2 nights with some amazing ideas for my property.
I couldnt fault the room the staff the whole experience was fault less.
If asked to rate it out of 10 I give it 11"
"The room was billed as a two bedroom apartment which is true. It had a fully fitted out kitchen, a small laundry, lounge, dining table and a single bathroom. It is a comfortable two bedroom apartment with secure parking underneath the building. Access is via a lift. It is located close to the centre of town and walking distance to the cafes and restaurants on the beach."
"First room we were given had a very strong mould smell, we were given a second room and then chastised for using the bathroom in the first because they wanted to give the room to someone else. "After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand.
When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...
