"The hotel was in a perfect location, within walking distance of several of the city’s main tourist attractions. It was also conveniently located near several wonderful restaurants and shopping areas.
The hotel itself was just okay. The furniture in the room felt outdated, and while the staff were professional and did their jobs, they were rather lukewarm. I’m accustomed to hotel staff being more welcoming and enthusiastic when checking in guests, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the experience...
"They need better pillows as they're so soft it makes it very hard to fall asleep.
The rest was nice and would happily return but pillows need to be firmer in order for better sleep quality."
"Wonderful hotel that could not be closer to the airport. My room was spotless, if not a bit dated. The bed and other furniture were all high quality and comfortable as were the linens and towels. The breakfast buffet is huge and everything I tried was excellent. I also had a room service dinner from the restaurant that was absolutely delicious. Every employee that I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, were kind, helpfu and friendly and helped make my stay perfectly delightful."
"This was a great place to stay location-wise. Clean, comfortable room and nice staff. Will note that they charge for coffee and a hot water kettle for the room."
"Hotel was good but one thing spoilt the stay
There is a fairly high lip of say 2inches leading into the bathrooms. This caused my 88 year old mother in law to fall rather badly. Poor design.
Why have any lip?"
"Possible 5* but for the parking garage. The room, dining facilities, staff were all excellent. There was even an ice machine on our floor. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, if not best hotel buffet spread/layout we’ve ever experienced. Heated flooring in the bathroom was a nice touch. The location of the hotel made experiencing the city easy. I just wish the garage wasn’t so cramped. Luckily we rented a compact car. If we ever go back to Helsinki, we would stay here again"
"Property was modern ,clean and quite with early morning airport shuttle. Was also walking distance to large shopping mall with many shops and restaurants."
