Food in the hotel was good, and the bar down on the beach good too. Beach area was very crowded with sun loungers packed in to the max (but this is pretty common across Sarande). "Paid for two rooms with views of the sea but were given rooms on side street. The lobby is very uninviting. The only elevator was slow and the pool was dirty. The shower in the room was excellent though. "

"Last minute decision to stay in Berat for a night rather than doing a daytrip from much further north. A family of 6 (2 adults with 4 adult children), so needed double rooms. Found this place on hotel.com and seemed too good to be true as the price for 6 of us bed and breakfast was £199!"

"The room was dirty, there were broken things around the room (towelholder, pipes from wall, safe) and no trash bin. The 5th floor was terrible to sleep due to yhe rooftop lounge. Thank god i had my earplugs with me. Service was okay, even though every time on breakfast i went to line i had to specifically ask for it (your ham is out, theres no water, bread is out, there are no coffee cups...). The pool also cost for customers, which is insulting. The pool was okay, if you moved every 2hrs you...

"Beautiful stay on a gorgeous farm with views of the mountains. In spring, the olive trees and roses were in bloom- gorgeous. The special teas they grow and serve are incredible. This was a wonderful 2 nighrs of peace as we toured Albania. "

"The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea...
