This has never been a problem for me before, but the sound proofing in my room was so poor, that it sounded like the 3 girls in the next room who were chatting at a perfectly normal volume at 2am, were sitting on my bed. The cooked breakfast was edible but not great quality. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. All members of staff we encountered...

"The staff accommodated us with an early check-in follow our over night flight which was incredible. Only small issue we had was getting a room service sandwich one night. They could not toast the sandwich and were perturbed when we asked for it. Overall a great hotel with great staff and somewhere we will visit again. "
