"Great service!"

"There was absolutely nothing in the room to read. I had to call front desk to find out how to get internet and how to control heat. There were no menus so I don't know if room service was available or not. I couldn't tell whether the coffeemaker was free to use. Too few towel racks for wet towels. No water glasses by sink. It seemed to me that there was little attention to customer once one was in the $200 room."

"Very nice hotel in Downtown Wichita near our venue. Walkable. The room was very posh. Love the decor with the updated amenities and clean. Bed and pillows were comfy, nice quality."
