"We had a Jr. suite at the end of the 6th floor. The rug in the room was filthy and the toilet seat was broken and you could tell it had been spray painted!! The toilet seat!! How much does it cost to change a toilet seat? I love a good boutique hotel, but this one only looks good from a distance. Also front desk staff was rude and couldn’t be bothered with checking people in, she kept signing. Location was at the end of the more popular section of the river walk and we got to listen to homeless men screaming from our balcony which was a nice ending to the evening. We won’t be back and suggest you find somewhere else. "

"We stayed three nights. Our room was spotlessly clean, very quiet and comfortable. The restaurant is lovely and the food was great (a must is the Navajo Fry Bread!). But the staff were the most wonderful part of our experience. Special thanks to Tracy in the restaurant and Jorge in the bar for their excellent service. "

"Our stay at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort and Spa was delightful. The property and grounds were gorgeous, there were so many amenities and options of things available to do, the lazy river, pool, spa, trails, ping pong, cornhole, movies and more. The breakfast buffet in the cafe was great and I loved there was a Starbucks on property for coffee throughout the day. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. "
