"The location is very strategic as it is located very close to highway exits (though not in the main road). Staffs are helpful and nice starting from the security upon entering the premises. The room is very recommended for business trips to host small meetings as they provide table with multiple chair to nespresso inroom. "I was checked into a suite the first day on 18th Oct. but then after checking in they claimed to make a mistake to ask me to move out of mu suite at Rm: 1025 corner room to Rm: 702, normal Deluxe room, it is a hassle for me because I have already laid out all my clothing for the week and got to move to the 7th floor in another room. The hotel needs to be more vigilance in future. "

"the room is very spacious and kitchen was well equipped, view from the balcony was amazing. during my stay (4D3N), a staff will knock on my door and ask if there's any laundry needed to be done and if i needed house keeping. i just hope they'll fix the air condition on level 18 as it can be quite warm at times"
