"Very pleased with the hotel as it is in a fab location right in the city heart of Rouen surrounded by the beautiful streets, cafes, bars and shops. The staff were really friendly and accommodating at all times especially helping with my children and making us feel welcome. Our room was comfortable and quiet at night with the window shut, although we didn’t open it for the night we stayed. Definitely recommend and I was fortunate enough to manage a parking space in the underground carpark...

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were excellent- all very friendly and helpful. We can not comment on the breakfast as we decided to walk into the old town instead which was only an easy 10 minute walk away - and very lovely when you get there. It was great to have onsite parking but it was a bit of a faff as it is fairly tight spaces and you need to use codes to get in and out - but still good to have . The only reason we didn’t mark it excellent was because the on site facilities...
