"How to start!? I'm visiting this Hotel for more than 10 years now, almost every year! It was a well kept, immaculately clean Hotel (Mader) with gorgeous staff in every way. It was a pleasure to stay here. Things changed with the new ownreship radically. Entering the lobby area the carpet is dirty, the reception area is neglected, desk spotted, the remain of the food wrapping is visible. The Concierge himsef showed unkempt impression wearing wrinkled clothes, messy hair... I made reservation and...
