"I was only there for one night, but the people were so accommodating and welcome. I went to the spa with a hair emergency, and the lady there helped me with my hair and didn’t even want to charge me. Of course I paid her but her hospitality andcwarmth, even when I didn’t speak Italian, it’s some thing I will never forget."

"Upon arriving there was large dance party with loud music that could be hear to the third floor. The crowd was so large you could not go onto the outdoor deck. The restaurant area was the same. No where to sit. We were taken to another area where wedding guests would be seated and had dinner. The subsequent days breakfast and dinners were excellent. Staff was gracious and caring. "I was booked for 3 days, I left after 1. Nothing but problems at this hotel and my room had cockroaches, live and dead. Gross. They gave me a different room but I did not feel comfortable. They would not refund my money as I had prepaid for 3 days. It may have once been a nice place, sadly not anymore "

"This property is overrated, it is of course nice and new but it does not offer services and amenities as a 4-stars hotel. We got very poor information at check-in. Bar service is extremely disorganized and very expensive, conscious of what they offer."

We stopped by or called several local seafood restaurants, all were full, and the lovely hotel front desk staff called and obtained a reservation at Il Grottino al Porto, we had one of the best seafood meals in Italy, grazie Paolo who called his son at the restaurant, talk about personalized service! Check in and out could not be smoother or friendlier! Our first visit to San Felice Circeo and we will return often now as we live in nearby Anzio! ...
