"I requested a higher floor and was very satisfied with the view. The room was adequate size compared to another Shila Stays in Seoul. However, there were not many restaurants or stores in walking distance. We had to go to other neighborhood for food. GS25(a convenient store like a 7 Elven) on the first floor open 24/7 was great spot to grab snacks and experience a Korean convenient food. It would be great if you are looking for a hotel with a good view and quite place to reset but it certainly...
"The parking was easy (make sure you provide license plate number), front desk was kind but the room, specially bathroom can be cleaner.
The breakfast buffet was excellent (needs reservation) and the view from the room was excellent! I would stay here again without a doubt."
"Clean rooms, great views with balconies. Great customer service.Highly recommeded. The only thing that has taken me aback was a paid roof top swimming pool, but the fee was acceptable for one off use. It is 20 min walk from train station. 20 min walk from the cable car view."

"We stayed at this hotel with my 88-year-old mother, who has difficulty walking, and my daughter. The hotel was incredibly kind and upgraded our room by two levels, which made our trip so much more comfortable. After a long day of traveling, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable and relaxing room. It truly made this a memorable trip for all of us.
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, but we especially appreciated the assistant manager who checked us in. He was so kind,...
"On our first night, the whole light was off. I had to call the reception desk to fix the light, and all of us was waiting for the fix. we were so exhausted, just waiting... we couldn't even take a shower or anything. It took almost an hour to complete fix. On the next day, I couldn't turn the light off..... I had to call the reception to fix it again... They said sorry, but I'm not sure whether it was right approach to handle this issue.
Second of all, except for Tesla super charger, there were...
"Great view of the ocean... using the pool facility is bit expensive even if you are staying there. I think they should include the pool use for customers or make them lot cheaper."
