"it was very clean, had enough parking and the stuff was friendly. The rooms should have more trash bins for recycling (only 1), pool towels would also be good. This website shows that the checkout time is at 12 pm, but the hotels own website shows 11 am on one page and 12 pm on the other page, which was confusing, so I asked the reception and 11 am Easter correct time for checkout. "We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. At first we booked room with a city view but once we arrived were delighted we were able to upgrade to a sea facing room. It was convenient to walk to the city centre, bus services and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Enjoyed eating on the balcony. "

"My stay was wonderful at the hotel. The staff was incredible, they are very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. Their facilities are plenty and fun to use. The pool are was splendid. I just have 3 elements that I was not glad with: 1. The water from the bathroom sink is not drinkable as it is chlorinated. 2. The dishes were not properly cleaned, I was always struggling to find a clean dish to eat breakfast or dinner. 3. In my room 531 in the bathroom where the glass is not properly sealed in the corner. Water was always falling down on the edge and was gathering on the floor. "
