"The location of the hotel is perfect, tucked just 30 seconds away from the Freedom square which makes it quiet but very central and walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms are very very spacious especially for a standard room, very clean and it has a safe and fridge and kettle too plus there is a free water dispenser at every floor plus free different coffee types refills bean to cup in the lobby. I know some people complaining about the open concept of having the water basin in the room and separate shower room and separate toilet but didn't bother us as a couple. I guess if you are comfortable enough to share a room with your fellow traveler then you should be able to accept having the basin in the room in my opinion. Staff is friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English everywhere."

"Wonderful, hotel in a quiet area of town. Of note, its very near the parliament where demonstrations are held each night. "

"The check out was partially ok, the gay was helpful bat didn't mention the hotel has service only during the day. We came back to the room later, the remote control for the air con was missing and the room was freezing. so I had to look for someone/call the hotel reservations service in order to turn off the air con. There is no lobby or communal areas on this hotel. The room is nice but cod have been so much better. I'm not sure this qualify as a 4 star hotel.. The tv was not working due to some provider problem. "
