"The property is a little old and showing some signs of wear, although clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was very good. Evening meals in restaurant were really nice and of high standard. It is a little out of the old town (10 minute walk) but was very quiet - so good for sleeping! "

"Historical place with some limitations. The layout of room and bathroom bit strange: room enormous and bathroom very tiny. Too few sockets, no place for cosmetics in the bathroom while just a shelf would make a change. For more then a week we wait for refund of overcharged payment. Breakfast awfull- bad organisation, cold food."

Es ist idyllisch gelegen, aber hierzu passend sehr schön modernisiert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, mit viel Auswahl und das Abendrot im Restaurant ein Traum. "Great hotel in a convenient location. We needed a twin room which was accommodated. Very clean. Great hot water pressure. Room was basic but spacious. There's an elevator which is helpful as we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Eggs, meats, toast, crescents, cheeses, sausages, yogurts, veggies etc. And nice service. Close walk to the Christmas market and the train station. "

We were surprised that towels in the room are not white, but purple-blue, isn’t it mandatory to have them white? In our room there were only 2 towels, chambermaids maybe forgot, we asked for 2 towels more, so they brought them us. Room was spacious, but no safe, insufficient hygienic items, not enough soap in...
