"Stayed 6 nights in an overwater bungalow as part of a long trip to the islands of both Hawaii and French Polynesia. Service provided by our assigned concierge, Kea, was better than any butler service I have had over the years at other luxury hotels. The property is lovely and well kept. "One of my favorite things about Manava was the authentic Polynesian vibe. Beautiful place, wonderful staff. Loved being able to snorkel off our own deck - did a premium overwater bungalow for 2 days and private soaking pool bungalow for 1 day. It was fun to experience both types of rooms. The beautiful infinity pool was amazing. We just had a wonderful stay and would love to return again!"

"Awesome 3 night stay in early May in a nicely decorated and refurbished over water bungalow. Quiet and tranquil. Spectacular views from all the bungalows and around the property. Excellent service. A hands on general manager who personally greets each guest and who was always available for questions and comments. As an avid paddle boarder I enjoyed use of the boards provided for guests. The bungalows sit in waist deep water perfect for swimming, walking, or watching the Eagle Rays swim by."

"I admit, when in FP I want the 5 star overwater bungalow experience…but we were blown away by the design, attention to detail and beauty of our room at Apatoa! Pinned as “Glamping” due to the structures it was anything but! On entering our room we were met with a five star interior! The pool is lovely, as was our private pool on the deck overlooking the lagoon. There is a beautiful fish filled reef just at the end of the dock. You can swim for hours with the fish, right out your front door! ...
