"Terrible work out area "

"There was a fire alarm during the breakfast service , during which we were told to vacate the building. My husband is disabled & I requested a wheelchair & assistance because the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. An employee went down the escalator and returned to say there was not one to had. It was a false alarm after all, but this is a Teachable Moment for your company. Please consider disabled customers."

"i was there for 2 nights. so i didn’t really “experience” the whole hotel as i always out with friends the whole time. just went to hotel room to shower and sleep. but for what i saw, the hotel is nice, clean, safe. the front desk staff was nice when check in and check out. the parking garage can be confusing a bit the first time but there were sufficient parking spaces as we can park on level 2 (hotel floor) and also level 3 (visitor spaces). "

"Casino was the worst one I have ever experienced in all the world of my many travels. The play of the slots was atrocious as all of the machines, at any denomination, would suck your money away without even more than a line hit. Believe me, save your money and co to another place. Room was great, bed incredible, staff very nice and accommodating but casino would be better to play some lottery tickets"

"We had an amazing time from the moment we walked in the door! We were offered an upgrade and we took it. The King Spa Room has spectacular views of Tampa! The upgrade was worth the additional cost. The property is beautiful and super clean! There are lots of dinning options between the two properties and the food was really good. Venkatesh was our front desk service professional and he was a real pleasure to work with. "

"Stayed here a couple of times for a romantic getaway/staycation. Nice quiet hotel. Not a lot kid and close to some really great restaurants. Room are nice and hotel staff very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is unique, clean, with nice staff. However, the rooms are very small, no microwave, and limited amentities that youd expect to find in a Marriot hotel. They are also incredibly expensive. For 3 nights for a regular room was over $1200. They charge for everything, a "tourism marketing fee", a "destination fee", a "tourism fee" and "tourism tax" in addition to $40 a night for valet, where they park your car 3 blocks away in a sketchy lot. Over $350 in additional fees is crazy. So buyer...
